SimpleTelematics is still being built. Today this site describes the product and points you to email us with questions or to ask about early access. These terms cover using the site while we get there.

Using this site

By browsing simpletelematics.com or emailing us through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. The SimpleTelematics product isn't generally available yet, so nothing here is an offer to provide the service or a contract to deliver it.

Asking about early access

The "Join the waitlist" and contact buttons open your email app to write to us. Reaching out registers your interest, nothing more. We onboard fleets in small groups, so it's a place in line, not a guarantee of access, timing, pricing, or that the product will ship exactly as described here. You can ask to be removed at any time. Fair use of the site

While using the site, please don't:

• Submit someone else's email or personal information without their permission.
• Use the contact links to send us spam or automated bulk messages.
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.

No warranty during pre-launch

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We're describing a product we're still building, so details like features, pricing, and timing may change, and some information may turn out to be incomplete or inaccurate as things evolve.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SimpleTelematics isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
