How it works

Owners and admins manage everything on the web dashboard. Drivers use the free iPhone app, and the beacon tells it which truck they are in.

What you get

  • A live view of vehicles on the map
    See where your vehicles are while a driver's phone is with them, and every trip they have made.
  • Trip history
    Every trip logged with a timestamp, so you can look back in time.
  • Automatic beacon pairing
    Drop it in the glovebox. Drivers' phones connect and start logging.
  • Automatic trip detection
    On iPhone, trips start and stop on their own when the driver's phone is with the vehicle's beacon.
  • Recorded only with the vehicle
    Trips are recorded only while the driver's phone is with the vehicle's beacon. A few minutes after you park and walk away, the trip ends.
  • Maintenance due dates
    Set service by miles or months. The dashboard shows what's overdue and due soon.
  • Driver alerts
    When a driver connects to a vehicle that has maintenance due, their phone gets a reminder (once a day at most, if notifications are allowed).
  • Beacon battery statuses
    Beacons run for over a year on a replaceable coin cell. A Battery low flag shows when one drops under 20%.
  • Admins for your co-managers
    Give a manager the same view of your fleet. Billing stays with you.
  • Billing stays with the owner
    $2 per vehicle per month, billed monthly, no minimum. Cancel anytime from Billing and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
